CASTING FEMALE DIVERS, AGES 7-12 YEARS OLD, IN THE GREATER TORONTO AREA FOR A FUN COMMERCIAL!

We're seeking female high divers in the Greater Toronto Area, ages 7-12 years old, who are comfortable jumping off a 5-meter (15') high dive platform for a fun commercial!
Is your child a competitive diver? Are they outgoing? If so, we want to hear from you!
PLEASE NOTE:
- This is a NON-UNION project. No acting experience is required, however, your child should be outgoing and comfortable being filmed and interviewed.
- To apply, your child MUST be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- To participate, your child MUST live in the Greater Toronto Area and be able to film in Toronto.
- If shortlisted, your child MUST be available for a brief audition with the director on June 16th.
- If selected, your child MUST be available for a wardrobe appointment on June 24th. They will only be required briefly (about 2 hours)
- If selected, your child MUST be available for filming on June 25th and 26th.
- If booked, your child will receive $75 for a wardrobe appointment, and $600 per day of filming. If their likeness is in the final commercial, they will receive an additional $3,000 for its use.

CASTING CALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, WAIVER AND RELEASE *
In exchange for being considered for engagement in the Production, I agree to the following terms and conditions: I am of at least the age of majority in my jurisdiction of residence. I consent to the recording and fixation of any performance I provide in the course of the casting call/audition, including my voice and my likeness and including my own submitted tape(s) (the “Materials”). I consent to the use of my name, contact information and personal biography for and in connection with my participation in the call/audition. I understand that my personal information will be used by Ground Glass for purposes of assessing candidates for the Client’s Project, and for no other purpose. I acknowledge that Ground Glass may store the Materials for its own records in perpetuity, and that it may use portions of the Materials along with my name and town of residence for its own promotional purposes (in any and all media, world-wide, royalty-free and in perpetuity), but neither it nor Client shall commercially exploit those Materials or share my personal information with third parties without my consent. If I am submitting any original Materials, I represent and warrant that the Materials are original, that I am the author of them, that I am free to grant rights in them as I have done so in this document, and that the use of the Materials will not infringe on any other person or entities’ rights. Despite the rights I am granting to Ground Glass and Client hereunder, I acknowledge that neither has any obligation to use or make public any of my Materials. I acknowledge that my opportunity to be selected for participation in the Production is the only compensation I will receive as result of this waiver and grant of rights. I understand that only if I am selected as a participant in the Production will I be offered separate terms and conditions in connection with such participation. I acknowledge Ground Glass’s and/or Client’s selections are final and that they will communicate only with any party or parties selected for participation in the Production. I agree to not disclose anything covered in this application for five years from date submitted or until, should I be selected for the campaign, the campaign has been made available to the public, whichever comes first. I hereby release Ground Glass, the Client, and their respective agents, representatives, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action in connection with the foregoing and in connection with my participation in the call/audition in any manner whatsoever, including in respect of any personal injury, damage, theft or loss of any kind. The terms of this agreement apply to each of us individually, as well as to all of us as a group or business. I acknowledge and accept that: (a) this agreement binds me and my heirs and successors; (b) I cannot assign this agreement to any other person or entity; (c) I am an independent contractor and not an employee, partner or ongoing contractor with Ground Glass or Client; and (d) I fully understand all of the terms of this agreement.
